Structure and technical performance :
1. The butterfly plate is designed as a circular plate, which can withstand axial tension well. The butterfly plate has good structural rigidity, large flow area and small flow resistance.
2. The valve stem and valve body use a V-shaped combination packing, which is pressed tightly with a packing gland. The amount of compression spring is adjustable. The packing seal ring can be replaced online without disassembling the transmission device to solve the leakage problem at the valve stem.
3. It can be used instead of eccentric semi-ball valves, hard-sealed butterfly valves, and high-performance butterfly valves. The integrated bracket has strong rigidity, stable transmission and no deformation, and precise opening and closing positions.
4. The valve seat adopts a replaceable movable structure. The valve seat is made of high-quality polytetrafluoroethylene + carbon fiber. The sealing ring has strong anti-wear, anti-aging and anti-deformation capabilities. The movable valve seat ensures two-way sealing and zero leakage, and the double eccentric structure ensures that the valve plate can be separated from the valve as soon as it is opened.
Seat, close to 90° before the valve plate sealing surface contacts the valve seat, which increases the service life of the valve seat and reduces the valve operating torque;
5. The design complies with the national standard diameter requirements and has the advantages of the eccentric semi-ball valve and the anti-butterfly valve. Larger flow area, smaller flow resistance and more energy-saving than butterfly valve; secondary eccentric opening and closing force
Small moment and good sealing performance. Using self-lubricating bearings, the valve operating torque is small; the sealing surface of the butterfly plate is overlayed with high-hardness alloy steel, with very little wear, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, two-way pressure, and a service life of up to 30 years.
6. The valve seat can also be made into a pure metal stainless steel sealing valve seat and butterfly plate sealing surface

The rotation angle of the butterfly plate is between 0° and 90°. At 0° it is fully closed and at 90°
is fully open. The ball butterfly valve has a simple structure, small size, light weight, fast opening and closing, small flow resistance, adjustable flow rate and simple operation.
