The flange butterfly valve has a flange on the valve and is connected by bolts on the pipe flange. It needs to be installed in the diameter direction of the pipe and has good flow control characteristics. The flanged  butterfly valve can be opened and closed as long as it is rotated 90 degrees. At 0 degrees, the valve is closed, and at 90 degrees it is in the closed state. In the closed state, the valve can be used to adjust the flow of liquid from 0 to 90 degrees.

The  flange butterfly valve sealing principle and structure of the flange butterfly valve is the same as that of the ordinary centerline butterfly valve. The sealing structure of the flange butterfly valve uses polytetrafluoroethylene, synthetic rubber and phenolic resin to form a composite valve seat, which makes the valve seat elastic and has better strength. At the same time, the butterfly plate is fully covered with polytetrafluoroethylene nylon, so that the butterfly plate has anti-corrosion and corrosion resistance and it also achieves comprehensive sealing, all-round sealing without dead ends.
