Fire rising stem resilient seat seal gate valve

The rising stem resilient seat seal gate valve is also called the lifting rod gate valve (also called the rising rod gate valve). Usually there is a trapezoidal thread on the lift rod, and through the nut of the valve and the guide groove on the valve body, the rotational motion is changed into linear motion, that is, the operating torque is changed into the operating thrust. When the valve is opened, when the lift height of the gate is equal to 1:1 times of the valve diameter, the fluid channel is completely unobstructed, but during operation, this position cannot be monitored. In actual use, the top of the valve stem is used as a mark, that is, the position that does not open, as its fully open position. In order to consider the locking phenomenon caused by temperature changes, the valve is usually opened to the top position and then retracted 1/2-1 turn as the fully open valve position. Therefore, the fully open position of the valve is determined by the position of the gate (that is, the stroke).

Self-sealing valve cover

The valve cover and valve body are designed with a self-sealing structure. Within the allowable pressure range, the higher the fluid pressure, the tighter the seal

Special upper seal

The upper sealing structure between the valve stem and the valve cover is designed with three O-shaped sealing rings. Compared with the packing sealing structure of the traditional gate valve, the sealing is tight and the friction resistance is greatly reduced. When the valve is at any opening, there is pressure, and it has a valve stem safety locking function to ensure that the valve stem will not be pushed out by pressure during operation and maintenance to avoid personal injury.

Light weight structure

 The compact structure reduces the maximum working height by more than 60mm-300mm compared with traditional gate valves, saving engineering space; the body is made of ductile iron, and the weight is about 20%-30% lighter than traditional gate valves, making installation and maintenance easy.

Food grade hygiene requirements

The inside of the valve body is coated with non-toxic epoxy resin, and the inner and outer surfaces of the valve core are completely covered with rubber. There will be no rust or corrosion. It can be directly used in domestic drinking water systems and the food and pharmaceutical industry.
