  •  Knife Gate Valve body:
  • The manual knife gate valve adopts an integral structure, an ultra-thin valve body, and full-circuit flow, which avoids medium leakage and flow loss to the greatest extent, and is easy to install and use.
  •  Fixed guide claws are used at the bottom of the flow channel of the valve body to fix the gate plate, replacing the groove design, thus avoiding the accumulation of media causing slag jamming when the valve is closed.
  • Valve core:
  • The bottom of the gate adopts a knife-shaped arc design, so the gate has strong shearing effect on the medium and excellent sealing effect when it moves.
  • The gate plate adopts PTFE point guide, which has low friction and avoids damage to the gate plate.
  •  The gate thickness can be further thickened according to the actual pipeline pressure。

  •  Valve seat:

  •  The valve adopts a replaceable valve seat design (non-body seal). After the sealing surface is worn, only the valve seat needs to be replaced, which greatly facilitates the later maintenance of the valve, extends the service life of the valve, and thereby reduces equipment costs.
  •  The replaceable valve seat design uses a valve seat cover to fix and pre-tighten the valve seat. When the valve seat sealing surface is not tightly sealed, the sealing effect can be improved by adjusting the valve seat gland fixing screw.
  •  Others:
  •  The double bearing design greatly reduces the torque of the valve and facilitates the opening and closing of the valve.
