Swing check valve is applied to controls fluid flow in one direction. The valve has inlet and outlet port and a disc in middle. Fluid entering via the inlet causes a disc to swing upwards, enabling the fluid to pass through. If the fluid reverses its flow, the disc is pushed back, stopping the flow.

To prevent reverse flow in system. Also called non-return or one-way valve.

Its body parts include body, seat, disc and hinge

Applicable to general oil, water and gas.

Made of Cast steel.
