Features:

The soft seal gate valve uses elastic rubber to wrap the gate valve. The elasticity of the rubber can produce slight deformation compensation, so that the valve can achieve a good sealing effect. The characteristics of soft seal gate valve are as follows:

1. The valve plate is integrally packaged.

The gate plate of the soft-sealing gate valve is tightly wrapped with high-quality rubber to improve the sealing performance and is not easy to fall off.

2. The valve body is not easy to rust and corrosion-resistant.

Coating the valve body of the soft-sealing gate valve with powder epoxy resin can effectively resist oxidation and rust, and can also prevent the valve body from being corroded. Soft seal gate valves are commonly used in sewage treatment systems.

3. The valve seat adopts a flat bottom design.

Traditional gate valves usually have a groove at the bottom of the valve seat. When the medium in the pipeline flows through the valve, the impurities and particles contained in the medium will be deposited in this groove at the bottom, making the valve unable to close tightly, causing leakage and accidents. The bottom of the seat of the soft seal gate valve is designed to be flat without grooves. After the medium flows through the pipeline, there will be no impurity particles deposited, ensuring the sealing performance of the valve and avoiding leakage.

4. Precision casting valve body

The valve body of the soft-sealing gate valve is precision cast with precise dimensions. No finishing is required inside the valve body, ensuring the sealing performance of the valve body.

5. Ductile iron valve body is light in weight.

The soft-sealing gate valve uses ductile iron as the valve body material, and the overall weight of the valve is 20%-30% lighter than traditional gate valves. The lighter weight makes soft seal gate valves easier to install and maintain.

6. The inside of the valve body is not easy to corrode.

The interior of the soft seal gate valve body is coated with non-toxic epoxy resin, and the gate is completely wrapped in rubber, which can effectively prevent the interior of the valve body from being corroded by the medium in the pipeline.

7. Design of three "O" ring seals

The three "O" valve stem adopts O-ring design, which greatly reduces the friction resistance when the soft seal gate valve is closed, and has reliable sealing performance and no water leakage. The unique design structure also allows the "O" ring to be replaced under pressure without maintenance.
